Where is Revival Concrete Coatings located?

Our shop is at 2665 SE Oak Tree Ct, Suite 104, in Ankeny. We serve all of Ankeny and the Greater Des Moines area.

Can you coat a garage floor in a new Ankeny home?

Yes. New construction is a great time to coat. We’ll confirm the new slab has cured enough before we install, and we can often schedule around your move-in.

Do you offer free quotes in Ankeny?

Yes. A design consultant will come to your home, look at your concrete, bring flake samples, and give you a firm price.

How long does a garage floor coating take?

Most floors are done in one day. Light foot traffic is OK after about 12 hours, and you can park after 24 to 36 hours depending on the temperature.

Do you do commercial floors in Ankeny?

Yes. We install commercial systems including urethane cement, high-wear urethane, epoxy and grind and clear for businesses across the metro.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through Acorn Finance.

Local know-how

Built for Ankeny homes.

Ankeny keeps growing, and so does the mix of concrete we see: brand-new slabs, decades-old garages, and everything in between.

New constructionJust built in Prairie Trail or one of Ankeny’s newer neighborhoods? A new slab is the perfect time to coat. We’ll confirm your concrete has cured enough before we start.

Established homesOlder garages and basements near Uptown often have cracks, pitting or old peeling coatings. Diamond grinding and repairs are part of every install.

Iowa wintersRoad salt and freeze-thaw cycles chew up bare concrete. Our flexible polyurea basecoat and UV-stable topcoat are built for it.

Close to homeOur shop is in Ankeny, so getting to your project is easy, and so is getting answers after the job is done.
